British MPs pledge withdrawal from Europe rights court

The UK's justice secretary Chris Grayling says the UK should not have to enforce decisions by the European Court of Human Rights. The proposal is included in the Conservative Party’s general election manifesto and would allow future UK governments decide to implement or ignore a ruling from the Strasbourg-based court.
