MEPs complain to EP chief on Israel remarks

Twenty seven cross-party MEPs have, in a letter dated 21 January, complained to EP head Martin Schulz i after he publicly criticised an EU scheme on retail labels of Israeli settler exports. They urged him to "clarify" his "unexpected and distressing" words, which contradict the EP and EU Council's official positions.
