Tories accused of hiding EU survey

Lord Wallace, the foreign affairs spokesman for the Liberal Democrat party in the UK, has accused the Tories of trying to conceal the pro-EU findings of a recent "review" of EU powers. He told the Observer newspaper the Tories delayed its publication and tried to give it a "Eurosceptic spin".
