UK wants 'fast reform settlement' with the EU

The UK is seeking a "fast" settlement with its partners on reforming the EU, foreign minister Philip Hammond told the FT. He said the speed of a deal would depend "entirely on our partners". "If they enthusiastically embrace the [reform] agenda ...we would move as fast as possible," he said.
