For the purposes of hereditary succession, the child of a woman pregnant at the moment of the death of the King shall be deemed already born. If it is stillborn it shall be deemed to have never existed.

Explanation

Please note: Only the Dutch-language version of the Constitution has legal effect. 

A child born after the King’s death will become King if they would have succeeded had they already been born when he died. If the child is stillborn, they are treated as never having existed for the purposes of succession to the Throne.
