Artikel 125
  1. Na kabes di provinsia i munisipio tin konseho provinsial, respektivamente konseho munisipal. Nan reunionnan ta públiko, eksepto den e kasonan ku lo regla den lei.
  2. Kolegio ehekutivo provinsial i e komisario di Rei tambe ta forma parti di gobièrnu di provinsia; kolegio ehekutivo munisipal i alkalde tambe ta forma parti di gobièrnu di munisipio.

  1. The provinces and municipalities shall be headed by provincial and municipal councils respectively. Their meetings shall be public except in cases provided for by Act of Parliament.
