(SEC(2009)968/4) The Commission:

­ adopted in principle the notice set out in SEC(2009)968/4;

­ under Article 13 of its Rules of Procedure, empowered Ms KROES, in agreement with the PRESIDENT, to formally adopt the notice in all the official languages of the Union and to publish it in the Official Journal of the European Union.
