Besluitpunt "DG ECONOMIC AND FINANCIAL AFFAIRS ­ SECONDMENT OF AN OFFICIAL IN THE INTEREST OF THE SERVICE"

The Commission took note of the information in point 7 of PERS(2009)92 and, on a proposal from Mr KALLAS, in agreement with the PRESIDENT and Ms ALMUNIA, decided:

• - 

  to approve, under Articles 37(a) and 38 of the Staff Regulations, the secondment in the interests of the service with the president of the group of EU representatives at the International Monetary Fund (EURIMF) of Ms Pilar GARCÍA MARTÍNEZ, an official in the Directorate-General for Economic and Financial Affairs, and the arrangements for this secondment set out in C(2009)5875;

• - 

  to authorise the Director-General of the Directorate-General for Economic PV(2009)1883 final (22 July 2009) PV(2009)1883 final 16 and Financial Affairs to sign with EURIMF the protocol of agreement also set out in C(2009)5875, which it approved.

This decision would take effect on a date to be determined.
