On a proposal from Mr KALLAS, in agreement with the PRESIDENT and Mr POTOCNIK, the Commission decided to authorise the publication, under Article 29(1)(a)(i) and (iii), 29(1)(b) and 29(2) of the Staff Regulations, of the vacancy notices in PERS(2009)93 for a post of chief adviser in the Directorate-General for Research.
This decision would take effect immediately.
