Besluitpunt "DG ENLARGEMENT ­ EXTENSION OF LEAVE ON PERSONAL GROUNDS FOR AN AD14 OFFICIAL"

The Commission took note of the information in point 11 of PERS(2009)92 and, on a proposal from Mr KALLAS, in agreement with the PRESIDENT and Mr REHN, decided to approve the request for leave on personal grounds, under Article 40 of the Staff Regulations, presented by Mr Christian DANIELSSON, an AD14 official and formerly Chief Adviser in the Directorate-General for Enlargement, for the period from 1 September 2009 to 31 August 2010.

This decision would take effect on 1 September 2009.
