Besluitpunt "DECISION BY THE COMMISSION PRESIDENT ON THE ORGANISATION OF RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION"

The PRESIDENT informed the Commission of the decision he had taken on the organisation of responsibilities of Commission Members, set out in C(2009)5777, following the departure of Mr MICHEL and the arrival of Mr DE GUCHT.

The Commission:

  took note of the change in portfolio allocation decided on by the PRESIDENT, as set out in C(2009)5777;

• - 

  took note of the order of precedence among the Members of the Commission, as established by the PRESIDENT and set out in C(2009)5777.
