Besluitpunt "COMMISSION COMMUNICATION TO PARLIAMENT, THE COUNCIL, THE ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL COMMITTEE AND THE COMMITTEE OF THE REGIONS ­ THE FUTURE COMPETITION LAW FRAMEWORK APPLICABLE TO THE MOTOR VEHICLE SECTOR"

The Commission approved the communication in COM(2009)388 i /4 for transmission to Parliament, the Council, the Economic and Social Committee and the Committee of the Regions, and to the national parliaments, together with the PV(2009)1883 final (22 July 2009) PV(2009)1883 final 20 impact study and the related executive summary in staff papers SEC(2009)1052 and SEC(2009)1053, the contents of which were noted.

It also took note of the opinion of the Impact Assessment Board on the above communication, as set out in SEC(2009)1054.
