EU spreekt steun uit voor VN-missie in Afghanistan (en)

The European Union fully supports the United Nations’ Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) and the support it provides to Afghanistan‘s Presidential and Provincial Council elections, in accordance with its mandate. It stands firmly behind the Special Representative of the Secretary-General, Kai Eide and commends him for his commitment and efforts in facilitating the electoral process and the work of the electoral institutions.
