Raad wil 100% dekking breedband in 2013 (en)

The Council has today agreed on conclusions on the priorities for a new European Digital Agenda.

The conclusions highlight the importance of an ambitious European ICT policy in terms of reaching important goals for growth, jobs, social inclusion and sustainability.

The message the Council gives to the Member States, stakeholders and the Commission with these conclusions is that the most important areas to work with are implementing the Telecoms Package, pursuing the goal of 100 percent broadband coverage by 2013, and, with full efforts, achieving a true Digital Single Market.
