Besluitpunt "STATE AID ­ INDIVIDUAL CASES ­ RECAPITULATIVE LIST"

The Commission formally adopted four of the decisions (cases N 446/2008, N 673/2008, N 416/2009 and C 18/2005) in SEC(2009)1049.

With regard to Case N 34/2009 (France ­ budget subsidy for France Télévisions), the Commission:

­ adopted in principle the decision in SEC(2009)5534/5 pending information from the French authorities on the costs of the public service in 2009;

­ under Article 13 of its Rules of Procedure, empowered Ms KROES, in PV(2009)1883 final (22 July 2009) PV(2009)1883 final 11 agreement with the PRESIDENT, to formally adopt the decision.
