Besluitpunt "BUREAU OF EUROPEAN POLICY ADVISERS ­ LEAVE ON PERSONAL GROUNDS OF A MEMBER OF THE TEMPORARY STAFF AT GRADE AD14"

The Commission took note of the information in point 10 of PERS(2009)92 and, on a proposal from Mr KALLAS, in agreement with the PRESIDENT, decided to approve the request for leave on personal grounds, under Article 15 of the Staff Regulations, presented by Ms Maria da Graça CARVALHO, a member of the temporary staff at AD14 and Chief Adviser in the Bureau of European Policy Advisers, for the period from 13 July 2009 to 12 July 2014.

This decision would take effect on 13 July 2009.
