The Commission took note of the information in point 12 of PERS(2009)92 and, on a proposal from Mr KALLAS, in agreement with the PRESIDENT, decided under Article 7(2) of the Staff Regulations that Mr Gordon CLARK, Mr David DALY, Mr Hans DE JONG, Mr Peter GAMMELTOFT, Mr Roland LANE, Mr Panayotis STAMATOPOULOS, Mr Ian WALTON- PV(2009)1883 final (22 July 2009) PV(2009)1883 final 18 GEORGE, Mr Thierry CRETIN, Mr John O'ROURKE and Mr Andrew STANDLEY should be deemed temporarily to have occupied Director posts as set out in PERS(2009)94.

These decisions would take effect immediately.
