Irish deputy leader Gilmore said Monday his country would "give its full support" to making Palestine a UN "non-member state" in a bid to protect its 1967 borders from erosion. Around nine other EU countries have so far indicated they would vote Yes. Germany and the Netherlands Monday said No.
