Ukrainian PM Azarov has said his economy ministry is analysing the technical feasibility of joining a Belarus-Kazakhstan-Russia Customs Union instead of an EU free trade area. The statement, welcomed by Moscow, comes after the EU cancelled a visit by President Yanukovych to Brussels because he jailed his rival Yulia Tymoshenko.
