Dublin - This month marks one year since Ireland received a €85bn EU-IMF bailout, after its once booming economy crashed alongside the bursting of a real estate bubble in 2008. Although ordinary Irish people were not responsible for the crisis, they are paying the price. With yet another tough budget coming up on 6 December, there is little optimism on the streets of Dublin.
