EU zal anti-Al Qaida missie naar Afrika sturen (en)

UK foreign minister William Hague has said the EU will send a small-sized police mission to the Sahel region in west Africa to help train local officers in counter-terrorism techniques, Reuters reports. He noted that al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb got a windfall of weapons from the Libyan war.
