The leaders of Germany, Italy, Spain and Britain have allegedly secretly agreed not to receive French Socialist leader Francois Hollande ahead of the April presidential elections, due to his opposition to the fiscal discipline treaty, Spiegel reports. Chancellor Merkel is openly supporting Nicolas Sarkozy i, who is polling 7.5% behind Hollande.
