German finance minister Wolfgang Schauble i cannot count on French support in his bid to chair the Eurogroup. France's new PM Jean-Marc Ayrault told L'Express: "We are not there yet," adding that "the peoples of Europe are tired of this climate of austerity," in reference to German-led belt-tightening policies.
