Raad van Europa bekritiseerd behandeling van Afrikaanse vluchtelingen door Italië (en)

Italy is neglecting the plight and needs of African refugees on its territory, the Strasbourg-based human rights watchdog, the Council of Europe i has said in a report. In one example, some 800 are housed in an abandoned building outside Rome with one toilet per 100 residents, reports the Guardian.
