The EU's joint police body, Europol, said in a report on Thursday that "indications suggest possible links" to Lebanese militant group Hezbollah in the worst terrorist attack on EU territory last year. Its statement comes amid an EU debate whether to blacklist the group, a move which risks destabilising Lebanon.
