The European Union and the International Organization for Migration i (IOM) are key partners in promoting cooperation in the field of migration and mobility.
On Friday 3 May, senior officials from the European Commission (DG HOME, DG DEVCO and DG ECHO), the European External Action Service and the International Organization for Migration (IOM) will meet to discuss global migration, development, and crisis management issues.
It will be the first Senior Officials Meeting held within the framework of the EU-IOM Strategic Partnership.
