EU-diplomaten stellen beslissing over bewapening Syrische rebellen uit tot augustus (en)

The EU foreign service has said the UK should wait until 1 August before fellow EU countries decide wether to let it start shipping arms to Syrian rebels. The compromise is unlikely to fly in London, with one EU diplomat predicting talks in Brussels could go on into the "evening."
