EU justice commissioner Viviane Reding has in a letter to US attorney general Eric Holder warned the Prism snooping scandal "could have grave adverse consequences for the fundamental rights of EU citizens." She asked him to clarify if US intelligence targeted EU nationals among other queries, Reuters reports.
