EU: contacten met politieke tak Hezbollah handhaven (en)

The EU is planning to issue a statement promising to maintain contacts with the political wing of Hezbollah and to keep humanitarian aid flowing to Syrian refugees in Lebanon despite listing Hezbollah's military wing as a terrorist entity, diplomatic contacts say. EU ministers took the step Monday after months-long talks.
