The European Court of Human Rights Thursday blocked the extradition of a 28-year old Latvian computer hacker suspect wanted by the US, reports Deutsche Welle. The IT specialist, Deniss Calovskis, firmly denies he helped to improve the Gozi virus that has infected millions of computers worldwide.
