EU commissioner for justice Viviane Reding in a tweet out on Thursday said she fully supports CoE secretary-general Jagland's concerns over the UK's actions in the Edward Snowden affair. Jagland wants explanations on the detention of a Guardian reporter's partner and the destruction the paper's hard drives.
