In a new book due to hit bookshelves shortly before Czech general elections later this month, former president Vaclav Klaus i, a well-known eurosceptic, says his country should withdraw from the EU. Endless EU regulation makes Czech political parties unable to make any fundamental changes to their country, he argues.
