Budapest, Hungary - In the European Roma Rights Centre in Budapest, people believe that Roma are the easiest scapegoat in Europe, especially in times of crisis. This belief is strengthened by recent revelations that Sweden has a secret database of over 4000 Roma people. Reacting to the news, MEPs called an emergency meeting to discuss the rights of Europe's largest and most vulnerable minority.
