Report: British opposition party to pledge in/out referendum

British daily The Times reports the centre-left opposition Labour Party will in the next two weeks pledge to hold a referendum on EU membership if it wins national elections in 2015. The move would cement the prospect of an in/out vote after the ruling Conservative party already pledged the same.
