US lowers expectations on US-EU-Russia-Ukraine meeting

US diplomat Victoria Nuland said Wednesday she does not think a meeting at foreign minister level between the US, the EU, Russia and Ukraine next week will defuse the Ukraine crisis: "We do not have high expectations, but it is important to keep the door open to a diplomatic solution."
