Fabius first French FM to visit Cuba in 30 years

Laurent Fabius i became the first French foreign minister to visit Cuba in more than 30 years on Saturday. Cuba is bidding to boost its trade and investment ties with the EU following years of diplomatic isolation. Fabius said that his meeting with President Raul Castro covered "everything, including human rights".
