EU mission advance team to go to Ukraine in July

A small team of EU officials will head out to Kiev as early as 15 July to begin preparations for a potential police training mission, a senior EU diplomat told EUobserver Thursday. He predicted that foreign ministers will give the green light to the operation when they meet on Monday.
