EU and Ukraine to ratify treaty despite agreement on delay

The EU commission said Monday the EU and Ukrainian parliaments will Tuesday ratify the EU-Ukraine free trade treaty despite an agreement with Russia to delay its implementation until 2016. A commission spokeswoman noted the delay is "pertaining to concerns raised by Russia" but won't harm "the integrity" of the pact.
