EU trade commissioner to mend ties with China before exit

Trade commissioner Karel De Gucht i hopes to mend ties with China before he leaves office at the end of the month, the Financial Times writes. EU-China trade relations took a beating after a dispute over China's "dumping" of solar panels in Europe.
