UK prepares for Palestine recognition vote

British PM Cameron has sad he will not vote on a non-binding parliament resolution Monday evening urging the UK to recognise Palestine. He also instructed other ministers not to vote and said the outcome won't change British policy. Sweden recently became the first sitting EU country to pledge Palestine recognition.
