Presidential elections in Croatia are heading for a run-off after there was no outright winner in Sunday's vote. Ivo Josipovic, the incumbent, won 38.5% of votes, while Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic, from the main opposition party, received 37%. The post is ceremonial but seen as a test for political parties' popularity.
