Commission to decide on French reforms on 27 February

The EU commission is bringing forward its country-by-country assessment on economic reforms and budget plans to 27 February, including for France, said EU commission vice-president Valdis Dombrovskis i. French president Francois Hollande i made use of his constitutional prerogatives to push forward some reforms to avoid fines.
