Violence fails to stop Kiev gay pride

Violent clashes between police and anti-gay activists failed to stop Kiev pride on Saturday. The event, attended by three Ukrainian MPs and select EU ambassadors, was endorsed by Ukraine's president - a first for Ukraine - who told press it's a "constitutional right of every citizen" to hold political rallies.
