France says non-euro countries must be treated 'fairly'

French economy minister Emmanuel Macron Monday said that non-euro countries need "a fair set of rules" amid talks in Berlin and Paris of further integrating the eurozone. "We need a fair treatment of the 'out' countries," said Macron, after meeting UK finance minister George Osborne in Paris.
