Hollande against scrapping visas for Turkish nationals

French president Francois Hollande on Thursday warned against any rapid moves to lift visas for visiting Turkish nationals. He said Turkey's aid on managing refugee flows into the EU should not be a pretext for visa liberalisation. "There will be a process that requires a lot of conditions", he said.
