Calls to boycott Israeli products illegal in France

The French Court of Cassation ruled that calling for a boycott of Israeli products is illegal because it amounts to "provocation to discrimination, hatred, or violence against a person or a group". Late October, Le Monde reports, the court upheld sentences against activists of the "Boycott, divestment, sanctions" movement.
