Juncker 'quite sure' of UK deal in February

"I am quite sure that we'll have a deal in February," EU Commission chief Jean-Claude Juncker said at a press conference Friday about negotiations with the UK, adding it would be "not a compromise [but] a solution, a permanent solution". "My knowledge is allowing me" to be confident, he added.
