Iceland PM steps down in offshore affair

Iceland's prime minister Sigmundur David Gunnlaugsson has resigned following the Panama Papers revelation that he had an offshore company. His Progressive Party has proposed minister of agriculture and fisheries, Sigurdur Ingi Johannsson, to become new PM. Gunnlaugsson remains the leader of the party.
