France rejects TTIP in its current form, says Hollande

France says "no" to the EU-US TTIP free-trade agreement "at this stage", president Francois Hollande i has said. "We are not for free trade without rules," he said, adding that he refused to jeopardise "the fundamental principles of our agriculture, our culture" and rejected "non-reciprocity on access to public procurements".
