France rejects TTIP in its current form, says Hollande

France says "no" to the EU-US TTIP free-trade agreement "at this stage", president Francois Hollande has said. "We are not for free trade without rules," he said, adding that he refused to jeopardise "the fundamental principles of our agriculture, our culture" and rejected "non-reciprocity on access to public procurements".
